Primary Business Functions Configuration:

This Section contains all of the essential information for the user to make full use of the information system and includes a description of the system functions and capabilities, contingencies and alternate modes of operation, and step-by-step procedures for system access and use. A company's administration can create and set every business perspective of the user’s primary’ responsibilities and tasks as they are supported by the ERP2ALL’s system, so that the focus of the employees may rest on the systematic functions steps to support the business functions.


 1: Login to your ERP2ALL Account with the Username and Password. 



 The default landing page will be displayed:



2. Click on Settings from the topmost right section and then click on the settings icon & click on Configuration from the drop-down menu:



The Configuration landing page sub-modules will be displayed, the users' section is the default landing section :



Customer Groups

New Customer Group Creation:

After the configuration landing page is displayed, click on Customer Groups

Then Click on the Add New Button



The new Customer Group Details will be displayed as shown:



Customer Details:

 

Group Name: Enter the title of the Customer Group Type.

Note: Enter a brief description

Save: Click to insert & Update the above details.




To Edit:

Select a Customer Group from the list in the landing page & Click on Edit to display the editing details window.



Deletion:

Select a Customer Group from the list, Click on Delete & Click "OK" to confirm the deletion.



To Export

Select a Customer group from the landing page list.

Click on the Export Button.



The export options will be displayed in the drop-down menu.



Export Details:

Print/pdf option: Select print or download as PDF as required.

Click on To Excel to download an excel spreadsheet to the desktop.

Click on To CSV to download a comma-separated values spreadsheet to the desktop.


Supplier Groups

New Supplier Group creation:

Click on Supplier Groups and then Click on the Add New Button after configuration landing page is displayed:


The new Supplier Group Details will be displayed as shown:




Supplier Details:

 

Group Name: Enter the title of the Supplier Type.

Note: Enter a brief description/additional details.

Save: Click to insert & Update the above details.



To Edit:

Select a Supplier Group from the list in the landing page & Click on Edit to display the editing details window.

 


 Deletion:

Select a Supplier Group from the list, Click on Delete & Click "OK" to confirm the deletion.



To Export

Select a Supplier group from the landing page list.

Click on the Export Button.



The export options will be displayed in the drop-down menu.



Export Details:

Print/pdf option: Select print or download as PDF as required.

Click on To Excel to download an excel spreadsheet to the desktop.

Click on To CSV to download a comma-separated values spreadsheet to the desktop.



Product Groups

New Product Group creation

After the configurations landing page is displayed, click on Product Groups.

Then Click on the Add New Button



The new Product Group Details will be displayed as shown:




Product Details:

 

Group Name: Enter the title of the Product Group Type.

Note: Enter a brief description/additional details.

Save: Click to insert & Update the above details.



To Edit:

Select a Product Group from the list in the landing page & Click on Edit to display the editing details window.



Deletion:

Select a Product Group from the list, Click on Delete & Click "OK" to confirm the deletion.



To Export

Select a Product group from the landing page list.

Click on the Export Button.



The export options will be displayed in the drop-down menu.



Export Details:

Print/pdf option: Select print or download as PDF as required.

Click on To Excel to download an excel spreadsheet to the desktop.

Click on To CSV to download a comma-separated values spreadsheet to the desktop.


Company

To upload & Setup new Company details:

Click on Company.  The Company details will be displayed as shown:



Company Details:

Company Name: Enter the title/name of the company.

Company Address: Enter the address of the company.

Company Logo: Upload the Company Logo from the choose file option.

Company BIN: Enter the Business Identification number.

Company Registration No: Enter the company’s Trade License Registration number.

Export Registration No: Enter the company’s Export License Registration number.

Import Registration No: Enter the company’s Import License Registration number.

Export Registration Issue Date: Enter the Export License Registration date of issue.

Export Registration Expiry Date: Enter the Export License Registration ending date.

Import Registration Issue Date: Enter the Import License Registration date of issue.

Import Registration Expiry Date: Enter the Import License Registration ending date.

Save: Click to insert & update all of the above Company details.
















Fiscal Periods

To Set Company’s Fiscal Period:

Click on Fiscal Periods, then click on Add New after the landing page is displayed

 


The Fiscal Period Details will be displayed:




Fiscal Period details:

 

Period Start: Select & Set the Fiscal Period starting date

Period End: Select & Set the Fiscal Period ending date.

Save: Click to insert & update the above dates.



To Edit

Select a Fiscal period from the landing page list.

Click on the Edit Button to display for modification purposes as shown below:


To Export

Select a Fiscal Period from the landing page list.

Click on the Export Button.



The export options will be displayed in the drop-down menu.



Export Details:

Print/pdf option: Select print or download as PDF as required.

Click on To Excel to download an excel spreadsheet to the desktop.

Click on To CSV to download a comma-separated values spreadsheet to the desktop.


Taxes

New Tax Code Creation:

After the configurations landing page is displayed, click on Taxes and then, Click on the Add New Button



The new Tax code Details will be displayed as shown:




Taxes Details:

Tax Code: Enter the Tax Code number.

Type: Select & Set the Tax Code Type.

Rate: Enter the percentage of Taxation rate.

Save: Click to insert & Update the above details.


To Edit:

Select a Tax code from the list in the landing page & Click on Edit to display the editing details window.



Deletion:

Select a Tax code from the list, Click on Delete & Click "OK" to confirm the deletion.




To Export

Select a Tax code from the landing page list.

Click on the Export Button.



The export options will be displayed in the drop-down menu.



Export Details:

Print/pdf option: Select print or download as PDF as required.

Click on To Excel to download an excel spreadsheet to the desktop.

Click on To CSV to download a comma-separated values spreadsheet to the desktop.


Cost Centers

New Cost Center Creation:

After the configurations landing page is displayed, Click on Cost Centers as shown below:

Click on the Add New Button



The new Cost Center Details will be displayed:



Cost Centers Details:

Cost Center Name: Enter the name of the Cost center.

Details: Enter the additional Cost center details.

Save: Click to Insert & Update all of the above details.


To Edit:

Select a Cost Center from the list in the landing page & Click on Edit to display the editing details window.



Deletion:

Select a Cost Center from the list, Click on Delete & Click "OK" to confirm the deletion.



To Export

Select a Cost Center from the landing page list.

Click on the Export Button.



The export options will be displayed in the drop-down menu.



Export Details:

Print/pdf option: Select print or download as PDF as required.

Click on To Excel to download an excel spreadsheet to the desktop.

Click on To CSV to download a comma-separated values spreadsheet to the desktop.


Departments

New Department Creation:

After the configurations landing page is displayed, click on Departments as shown below:

Click on the Add New Button



The new Department Details will be displayed:



Department Details:

Department Name: Enter the name of the Department.

Details: Enter the additional Department details.

Save: Click to Insert & Update all of the above details.


To Edit:

Select a Department from the list in the landing page & Click on Edit to display the editing details window.



Deletion:

Select a Department from the list, Click on Delete & Click "OK" to confirm the deletion.


To Export

Select a Department from the landing page list.

Click on the Export Button.



The export options will be displayed in the drop-down menu.



Export Details:

Print/pdf option: Select print or download as PDF as required.

Click on To Excel to download an excel spreadsheet to the desktop.

Click on To CSV to download a comma-separated values spreadsheet to the desktop.


Currencies

New Currency Creation:

After the configurations landing page is displayed, click on Currencies and then click on the Add New Button



The new Currency Details will be displayed:
