Point of Sales (POS)



 

A Point of sale (POS) is the place where sales are made. On a macro level, a POS may be a mall, a market or a city. On a micro level, retailers consider a POS to be the area where a customer completes a transaction. It is also known as a point of purchase. Unlike other systems, ERP2ALL provides the user with a detailed view of each sales transaction immediately updates financial, accounting and customer records, providing a broader view of the overall sales activity and product stocking levels.

 


 ERP2ALL’s POS (Point Of Sale) has two sub-modules as displayed in the flowchart below:



To create a new Sales Receipt: Go to Point of Sale (POS) 



The landing page will be displayed (Sales is auto-displayed by default).





 

Receipt Details:


Customer: Select & Set the Customer by name.

Receipt No: Enter the receipt number.

Date: Set the Sales Receipt date.

Save: Click to Insert & update the above details.

 


To add a new POS item: Click on the  'Add new 'button


The Item details will be displayed as shown below:

 

Items Details:

Product: Select and Set a product from the drop-down menu.

Quantity: Enter the product quantity.

Price: Enter the price of the product.

Tax: Enter the tax percentage.

 

 


To edit an Item: Select an Item and double-click to display the details

Or,

Select an Item and Click on the edit button to display the contents.



To delete: Select an Item> Click on the Delete button>Click on Ok to confirm.




 

Payments and Refunds:

 

Payment Type: Select and set the payment type.

Reference: Enter the payment reference.

Amount:  Enter the payment amount.

 



To edit a Payment: Select a payment entry and double-click to display the details

Or,

Select a payment entry and Click on the Edit button to display the contents



To delete: Select a payment entry > Click on the Delete button>Click on Ok to confirm.



Viewing Sales History:   

Go to Point of Sale (POS)

The landing page will be displayed (Sales is auto-displayed by default).

Click On Sales History



The Sales history page will be displayed

 


To View a Sales Return: Select a Sales item and Click on the Return button to display the details.
