Config



To Configure the Chart of Accounts (COA) Nominals: 

Go to Accounting & Finance (AF)> Click on Config.


The Config Details will be displayed as Shown: 



Fill up the Default Accounts details:

Sales Invoicing details:

 

Accounts Receivable: Select & Set the type of Accounts receivable nominal.

Sales Account: Select the Sales Account nominal.

Sales Tax Account: Select & Set the Sales Tax nominal.

Sales Supplementary Duty Account: Select & Set Sales Supplementary Duty Account nominal.

Sales Discount Account: Select & Set the Sales Discount Account nominal.

Sales Carriage Account: Select & Set the Sales Carriage Account nominal.

Purchase Invoicing details:

 

Account Payable: Select & Set Account Payable nominal.

Purchase Account: Select & Set Purchase Account nominal.

Purchase Tax Account: Select & Set the Tax Account nominal.

Purchase Supplementary Duty Account: Select & Set the Purchase Supplementary Duty Account nominal.

Purchase Discount Account: Select & Set the Purchase Discount Account nominal.

Purchase Carriage Account: Select & Set the Purchase Carriage Account nominal.

Fixed Assets details:

 

Depreciation: Select the type of Depreciation a/c.

Accumulated Depreciation: Select the type of Accumulated Depreciation nominal.

Loss on Asset Disposal: Select the a/c for Loss on Asset Disposal payment nominal.

Gain on Asset Disposal: Select the a/c for receiving Gain on Asset Disposal nominal.

Payroll details:

 

Staff Salaries: Select & Set the Staff Salary Payment a/c nominal.

Staff Salaries Payable: Select & Set the Staff Salaries Payable a/c nominal.

Tax on Staff Salaries: Select & Set the Tax on Staff Salaries Payable type a/c nominal.

Provident Fund: Select & Set Provident fund a/c nominal.




Fill up the Default Accounts details:

Other Taxes details:

 

VDS Deduction (Sales): Select & Set the Vat Deduction (Sales)nominal.

VDS Deduction (Purchase): Select & Set the Vat Deduction at Source (Purchase) nominal.

TDS Deduction (Sales): Select & Set the Tax Deduction at Source Deduction (Sales) nominal.

TDS Deduction (Purchase): Select & Set the Tax Deduction at Source Deduction (Purchase) nominal.

Excise Duty: Select & Set Excise nominal.

Customs Duty: Select & Set Custom nominal.

IDSC: Set the Infrastructure Development Surcharge (IDSC) nominal.

 


Advance For Expense Details:

 

Employee Advance Account: Select & Set Employee Advance a/c nominal.

Click on Save Config to save all of the above default nominal settings.

 


Fill up the Default Accounts details:

To create default Cash/Bank Accounts:  

Go to Accounting & Finance (AF)>Click On Config>Click on Cash/Bank Accounts



Click on Add New 



The Cash Accounts Config landing page details will be displayed as shown below:



Cash account details:

 

Account: Set Cash account default nominal.

Click on Save to Update.

Deletion: 

Select a Cash/Bank Account>Click on the Delete button> Click "OK" to confirm.


To create a Bank Account.

Go to Accounting & Finance (AF)>Click on Cash/Bank Accounts. 

The Cash/Bank Accounts Config landing page details will be displayed.

Click on Bank Accounts



Click on Add New 



The Bank Accounts details will be displayed.



Bank Account details:

 

Account: Select & Set the Bank name & Account Type. 

Click on Save to insert the details.

Deletion:

Select a Bank name & Account type>Click on the Delete button> Click on "OK" to confirm.



To create a Price Rule:

Go to Accounting & Finance (AF)> Click on Config> Click on Price Rules



Click on Add New.



The Price Rules details will be displayed as shown below:


Price Rules details:

 

Price Rule Title: Enter the Price rule name.

Valid From: Select & Set the start date

Valid To: Select & Set the end date.


Or

Product: Select & Set the type of product.

Product Group: Select the category of the product group.


Or

Customer/Supplier: Select & Set the type customer/supplier.

Customer/Supplier Group:  Select the category of the Customer/Supplier group.


Or

Discount: Enter the price discount amount.

Discount Rate: Enter the price discount percentage rate.


Or

Valid For: Select Price rule validity for the concerned department.

Min Quantity: Enter the minimum product pricing quantity.

Priority: Enter price rule priority level.


Click on Save to update the entry.


Bank Account details:

 

Account: Select & Set the Bank name & Account Type. 

Click on Save to insert the details.


To Edit:

Select a Price rule Select a BOM from the list in the landing page & Click on Edit to display the editing details window.



Deletion: 

Select a Price rule from the list & Click on delete. Click on Ok to confirm the deletion.




 

TDS (tax deducted at source) is the tax which is deducted at “source” I.e. at the time when payment is made. TDS is a part of tax payable by you on a certain receipt which is deducted by the payer while making payments & deposited on your behalf to the government. So primarily it's an early credit to your “would be tax liability” which gets adjusted with your “actual tax liability”. So it is not an expense or charge for you, it is just an early deduction of what might be payable by you in future. Also if a tax is not payable or less payable than the TDS, one can always claim a refund for the excess amount. TDS is deducted on various rates depending upon the nature of payment, TDS is deducted on various rates depending upon the nature of payment, and TDS Profiles in ERP2ALL have to be selected from this option after creating the TDS profile.

 



To Create a TDS Profile:

Go to Accounting & Finance (AF) and Click on Config


From the Config module lading page, click on TDS profiles.

Then Click on Add new.



Then enter the new TDA Profile name click on Add New again to create new & set the TDS tax slab



The new TDS details will be displayed as shown below:


TDS Details:

 

Above & Including: Enter the earning amount deduction figure above & Including.

TDS Rate: Enter the Tax Deduction Source percentage.

Click on Update to Save the TDS details.


To Edit: 

Select a TDS Profile from the list in the landing page & Click on Edit to display the editing details window.



Deletion: 

Select a TDS from the list, then Click on Delete & finally, click "OK" to confirm the deletion.



Opening Import Balance

Go to Accounting & Finance (AF) and  Click on Config



Then click on Opening Import balance 



The new Opening import balance form will be displayed

Note: The Debit total and Credit total has to be equal.

Download a sample CSV template (excel sheet) with headers.

Fill up the CSV file (excel sheet) with correct data on respective columns.

Browse the updated file below, and Click "Import". 

 File Upload: Click to attach & upload the completed CSV template (excel sheet).


Import Receives/Payments:

Go to Accounting & Finance (AF) and Click on Config



Then click on Import Receives/Payments



The new Import Receives/Payments form will be displayed


Import Receives/Payments details:

The user must download a sample CSV template (excel sheet)  with headers

Fill up the CSV file (excel sheet) with correct data on respective columns. 

Browse the updated file below, and Click "Import".

File Upload: Click to attach & upload the completed CSV template (excel sheet).
